HP Chromebook with New AMD Processors

This is system is not very powerful but very useful among students. It is mostly popular and used in USA and other developed countries. Around 30 million students and teachers use Chromebook in their education and teaching. Although students in Pakistan are not aware of this. 
With this huge demand in Education Sector, HP is launching two new Chromebooks with AMD Processors, for the first time.

HP Chromebook 11A G6

HP has launched two Chromebooks i-e Chromebook 11A G6 EE and 14A G5. HP Chromebook 11A G6 EE is for education sector as EE stands for Education Edition whereas 14A G5 is an enterprise users. Both these models are more or less alike with minor differences.

Body and Strength

The body of Chromebook 11A is made up of plastic and has a fine finishing. The border is made with rubber for better grip and increasing the strength of device. It can survive the impact of fall from 70cm on concrete floor. 

Screen & Resolution

The HP Chromebook has IPS opinion. The display has a resolution of 1366x768 with 11.6-inch TFT LCD panel. The resolution is fully optimal with the screen size. It has 180 degree hinge which allows to fully open the laptop.

Connectivity & Ports

HP offers two types of ports i-e 2 USB ports and 2 USB-C ports, which can be used for charging as well. There is a microSD slot and 3.5mm headphone jack. Connectivity options includes Wifi 802.11ac and bluetooth 5.0

Processor

HP Chromebook has ADM A4-9120C chip running as processor with 4GB or 8 GB RAM of your choice with cMMC based flash storage of 16GB - 64GB expandable via microSD port. As far the Graphics are concerned they are supported by Radeon R4 with tri-core 600MHz GPU.

Battery

The HP Chromebook 11A G6 has 47.36 Wh cell which promises usage of 10 hours whereas the other one offers usage of 9 hours and 15 minutes with single charge and Full HD Display.

Availability

The 11A will be available in February, 2019 whereas 14A will be available in April, 2019.

Price

The price of both is not disclosed by HP but we can expect it around USD 250-500 or Rs. 35,000-60,000/-

Apple Violated its Own Rules for News+ App
