Nokia Collaborate with Saudi Telecom to Deploy a 5G Network




Nokia has collaborated with Saudi Telecom Company (STC) to deploy a 5G network to provide a end-to-end solution to the users of the country.

All equipments i-e equipment, software and services to connect western and southern parts of the country will be provided y Nokia. It will also connect the holy cities of Makkah and Madina. The project is expected to complete in 2020 as the rollout phase has been completed.
STC subscribers will enjoy ultra-high bandwidth with low latency services, new applications in virtual reality and artificial intelligence.

Corporate consumers will benefit from the services. This will enhance the operational effectiveness and efficiency of users and create different new avenues of revenue for the corporate in the field of energy, education, healthcare, transportation and entertainment.

Deal is multi-dimensional and has different phases including development of cloud RAN and AirScale, as well as deployment of the Wavece platform in the microwave and the AirScale indoor radio.
This project is crucial for the Saudi’s 2030 vision to drive Saudi Arab into a knowledge economy. It will help country to grow technologically.

Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus and S10 Just Got Cheaper in Pakistan
